Jammu are based entirely on the merit obtained by the candidates in the Entrance
Examination, conducted annually by the BOPEE

The
eligibility of candidates is determined as follows:
1.
Candidates must have passed
MBBS Examination and Registered with J&K State Medical Faculty.
2.
Candidates
must be permanent residents of J&K state as defined in section 6 of the
Constitution of J&K state.
3.
Candidates
applying under reserved categories given in SRO-126 of 1994, dated 28.06.1994 as
amended from time to time.
4.
Candidates
applying under reserved categories given in SRO-126 of 1994, dated 28.06.1994 as
amended from time to time , must submit copies of
requisite
category
certificates together with the application form. The Category certificates
should be issued by the issuing authorities as according to SRO.
