This charter
seeks to provide a framework which enables our users to know: What services are
available in the MCH Designated COVID Hospital Gandhinagar Government Medical
College Jammu, the quality of services they are entitled to, the means
through which complaints regarding denial or poor quality of services will be
redressed.
VISION :
The day will
come when nations will be judged not by their military or economic strength nor
by the splendor of their capital cities and public buildings but by the well
being of their people, by their levels of health and nutrition...... a vision.
MISSION :-
To
continuously improve the safety and the quality of care provided to the public
through the provision of health care accreditation and related services that
support performance improvement in health care organizations.
NO OPD
SERVICES, only indoor services for referred Covid patients presently.
COVID
POSITIVE PATIENTS ADMITTED UPON REFERRAL FROM CHEST DISEASES HOSPITAL / OLD
GANDHI NAGAR HOSPITAL TRIAGE.
The
hospital works in three shifts besides routine work i.e. w.e.f : 8 a.m to 2 p.m
(Morning), 2 p.m to 8 p.m (Wait) and 8 p.m to 8 a.m (Night) the routine working
of hospital is w.e.f: 10 a.m to 4.30 p.m in winters and summers. Resident
medical officer is available 24 x 7.

Your responsibilities:-
Ø Please
do not cause inconvenience to other patients.
Ø Please
help us in keeping the hospital & its surrounding neat and clean. Beware of
touts; if
you find any
such persons in premises tell the hospital authorities.
Ø The
hospital is a no smoking zone and smoking is a punishable offence in the
Hospital.
Ø Please
cooperate with the hospital administration for normalizing the situation in case
of an emergency. Please provide useful feedback & constructed suggestions. These
may be addressed to the Grievance Redressal Committee of the Hospital.
Ø Follow
Covid Appropriate Behavior at any cost.

services to higher centre in case the facilities for treatment are not available
in the MCH
